Research Module
Take a breath and consult one of our instructors and they’ll guid you. This module is an introduction to organizations allowing managers to better understand how they are structured and the dynamics that affect their work. Through this module, managers explore and dissect the major phenomena occurring within organizations understanding the effect they have on work and individuals as well as how to influence and leverage these phenomena to enhance work processes and outcomes.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Managers learn how to analyse organizations through different lenses, understand change and how to lead successful change initiatives. They also tackle the topics of culture and learn how to influence the culture of their teams and department.
